Over 30 years of sales and marketing experience in the technology arena as well as real estate make me a pragmatic negotiator on behalf of my clients. It’s about going the extra mile; that’s why I run my business with a focus on research and providing you with the info you need to make timely, well-informed decisions on purchasing your next home or selling your current one.
I chose Windermere for their commitment to the highest possible standards, exceptional service, strict code of ethics and unmatched integrity. The company culture has a focus on continuous training and education with a mission to offer a professional, customized approach for each client so they are supported every step of the way. Real estate is a large investment that requires analysis and consideration; it is important to choose someone who will truly be there for you. I truly enjoy giving back and helping folks out, and this position provides the perfect way for me to leverage my broad background to accomplish this goal.
I come from a family with deep real estate roots and have been around the industry my entire life. After receiving a BA in Business Administration/Marketing Management from Central WA U in 2003 I joined on with Windermere/North Inc. I immediately jumped into sales/listings and began helping my clients with all their real estate needs. After two years I earned my Managing Broker license and bought into my company as co-owner. I was a Managing Broker/Owner at Windermere/North Inc. until spring of 2012. In spring 2012 my wife Angela and I relocated back to her home town of Eugene, OR to raise our two beautiful daughters, Alexis and Andy. At that time I joined on as a Principal Broker at Windermere Real Estate/Lane County. In July 2013 I bought into Windermere/Lane County and run the company with my business partners Matt and Tanya Powell.
Real estate is a passion of mine and has been since I can remember. There are many different approaches to real estate and that is one of the things I love most about it. Real estate can be the place to call home and build memories, it can be an investment to help build wealth for the future or even be a get-away that holds a special place in your heart. Real estate can open so many doors in regards to future dreams/goals and I am extremely grateful that I get to help people achieve those dreams/goals every day when I come to work.
Our goal at Windermere/Lane County is to provide an outstanding environment for our brokers. As an ownership group we are fully committed to providing the best tools, a strong support staff and education to our brokers so they can in turn provide the highest level of service to their clients.
If you are ready to join a successful and innovative group of brokers, please contact me for information on what Windermere/Lane County has to offer. If you are in need of a broker who will provide the highest levels of service, please contact me so I can align you with a member of our team.
